Notice of Meeting – 2025 Annual General Meeting

The Committee has determined that the Annual General Meeting of the Hotham Stakeholders Association will be held on Sunday, the 16th November, 2025.

Attendance at the meeting for registered members will be via MS Teams at 10:00am. (Link to be provided separately)

All attendees are to register before the event with the Secretary via our website under Events – Register HSA AGM 2025 or email to secretary@hsa.asn.au

5. Receive reports

   a. Annual Report of the Committee on the activities during the year

   b. Financial Statements for the preceding year

6. Special resolutions

   a. To be advised

7. Election of Officer Bearers – Nominations with signed acceptances to be returned to the secretary 3 business days before the meeting to secretary@hsa.asn.au. Please check the website for the form.

8. General Business

   a. Annual subscription and joining fee

   b. Other business (as notified to the secretary via email to secretary@hsa.asn.au 3 business days prior to the meeting)
